Refund policy

We strive to have 100% satisfaction on all of my products. If, for any reason, you are not completely thrilled with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us to see what we can do to rectify the situation. We truly want all of our customers to be happy and your feedback is extremely important to us!

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you wish to return or exchange your item, please contact us at info@EverBloomingOriginals.com within 3 business days after your order has been delivered & mail your order back to us within 7 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any returns stolen or lost in the mail.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. After we receive the item, you will receive a refund on your order less any shipping costs you paid.
  • If exchanging for an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the additional cost. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, we will refund you the difference.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible - no later than 2 days of ordering. If we've already mailed your item, we're unable to cancel the order & you will be responsible for mailing it back to us for a return.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately - no later than 3 days of delivery so a claim with the carrier can be filed & we can either send a replacement item or process a return.
